✔️ 4 cups chopped kale, stems removed

✔️ 1 can (15 oz) white beans or lentils, drained & rinsed

✔️ 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth (low-sodium)

✔️ 1 tsp dried oregano

✔️ 1/2 tsp turmeric

✔️ 1/2 tsp black pepper

✔️ Salt to taste

✔️ Juice of ½ lemon

How to Make It Ultra-Creamy:
